It isn’t just his vast knowledge of the market or his herculean work ethic. Matt genuinely cares about his clients as fellow humans. When we were selling our house, the buyers missed the inspection deadline. When they came in late with requests, Matt was on the phone calling in favors to lawyers at 10 at night to find out exactly what our options were. Lawyers generally aren’t known for being on call late at night offering up free legal advice. Matt was able to smooth the whole thing out, and our sale went off without a hitch. Matt went to bat for us when we needed him to, and he was always in our corner making sure we were comfortable. His strategy for selling our house got us an offer we were very happy with. We would recommend Matt to anyone and everyone who is looking for a realtor in the Atlanta area. He’s the best.
